According to an RFPD statement, the purchase price was $60,000. The Seller contributed $10,000 "in kind," resulting in a net cost to the District of less than $51,000 with fees. RFPD funded the purchase from general funds cash reserves.

July Fourth activities uncertain
RFPD staff advised Directors that the Fourth of July events draft schedule requires no changes at this time. However, the annual community celebration is subject to any public health order which may be in effect in the first week of July. Possible dry Spring-season weather may cause fireworks restrictions to be issued. For these reasons, fireworks purchase will be postponed.
